Our founder, Charles Madlock, has been an advocate for urban farming and food justice, sharing his insights through published articles and hands-on work in communities facing food deserts. GCF was born out of a need to support aspiring urban farmers, municipalities, and organizations in navigating the challenges of sustainable agriculture in city spaces.
